The Red Deer Rut

A wildlife activity in one of the most unexplored and remote locations in Catalonia, Boumort Wildlife Reserve. The day starts early in the morning, going on a 4×4 route which will take us along never-ending tracks in the reserve. During the journey, we will stop at various strategic points and, while hiding in the woods in order to not be seen, we will watch and listen to the specimens of deer bellowing to attract the females. This experience is a must for animal lovers, and it can only be seen for a few days along the year, from September to October, when the deer are in the rutting season.
